| 摘 要： | 采用组织分离法,从蜜环菌菌索中分离得到菌株Z,经形态学鉴定的和ITS基因序列进行分子鉴定。鉴定结果表明,菌株Z为白囊耙齿菌Irpex lacteus(ITS:OL351834)。本文的结果可为当地白囊耙齿菌的开发利用提供基础。

| Abstract: | Strain Z was isolated from Armillaria (Fr.) Staude by tissue separation method, and molecular identification was carried out by morphological identification and ITS gene sequence.The results showed that strain Z was Irpex lacteus (ITS:OL351835).The results of this study can provide a basis for the development and utilization of the local Irpex lacteus. |
