| 摘 要： | 正确认识并分析中心镇在城乡关系中的功能,对于解决“三农”问题意义重大。笔者从村镇建设的阶段历程出发,分析了中心镇崛起的发展背景和地位,探讨了中心镇的功能,确立了中心镇发展的原则,提出了中心镇发展的思路。

| Abstract: | Realizing and analyzing function of center town in relationship between city and village is important for us to resolve the problem ofpeasants, agriculture and countryside. From the developing phase of construction in country & town, the author analyzed the developingbackground and status about center town's arisingand studied on function ofcenter town. The developingprinciple was set up and the developingsuggestion about center town was presented. |
