| 摘 要： | 分析了建设节约型农业的重要性,指出建设节约型农业是我国建设资源节约型社会体系中的重要组成部分,它符合我国基本国情,是经济社会发展的必然选择。并且提出了推进建设节约型农业的主要途径是稳步提高耕地集约利用水平、积极发展节水农业、不断提高农业投入品的利用效率、大力发展集约生态养殖业、切实抓好农业装备节能工作、大力提高农村可再生资源综合循环利用水平、加强乡镇企业节约生产工作等。

| Abstract: | To build up the economy agriculture is one of the important parts in the construction of the resource-saving social system in our country.It meets the basic situation of our country and it is the necessary choice of the social development.The intensive use of farmland is necessary to develop the water-saving agriculture,increase the efficiency of the agricultural investment,develop the intensive ecological husbandry,and the circle utility level of reproducible recourses,strengthen saving production in the town enterprises and actively push the construction of the economy agriculture. |
