摘    要:以Matlab和Simulink仿真功能为手段,对超大型圆盘开沟机小沟距逆旋开沟作业时刀具及土壤的运动轨迹、速度特性进行了仿真分析,直观研究了影响机具抛土性能的因素。结合对切削过程中土垡单元的受力分析,给出了提高刀具抛土和升土能力的方法以及选择机具工作参数所考虑的因素及取值,为此类机具的设计提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:By means of the simulation capability of Matlab and Simulink,the simulation analysis of the movement track and the speed characteristics are done for the ditching tools and the soil,and analyzing visually on the impact factors of the throwing-soil performance of the super-large-disc ditcher at the up-cut and small-space operation.Combining with the stress analysis of the soil unit cut process of this equipment,the methods are given to improve its ability of throwing-soil and lifting-soil,and its working parameters optimization.A new approach is provided for the design of this equipment.
