不同功率的半导体激光照射对犬皮肤创伤愈合及瘢痕组织结构的影响

摘    要:试验选用本地杂种犬18只,随机分为3组,在犬的背部两侧各造一边长为2cm的正方形皮肤全层缺损创。选用波长890nm,频率1000Hz的砷化镓半导体激光照射,每天一次,每次5min,连续10d。实验一组左侧照射选用平均输出功率2mW,峰值功率5W,右侧创伤不照射作为自体对照。实验二组左侧选用平均输出功率为4mW,峰值功率10W,右侧作为自体对照。对照组左侧作为对照。每天对创面愈合情况进行观察记录并描记创伤面积,于临床愈合后取组织样中性福尔马林固定,石蜡切片,H.E染色,光镜检查。结果表明:砷化镓激光以本试验所用剂量及方法照射,对犬全层皮肤缺损创的愈合促进作用,差异显著。镜下可见实验一组的两侧、实验二组的自体对照及异体对照的结构均为正常的瘢痕组织,实验二组激光照射侧皮下毛细血管充血,真皮内胶原纤维增生明显。表明激光的生物学剌激要达到一定的剂量才能产生生物效应。

Abstract:dogs were used in this study and they were divided into 3 groups equally In each dog, two 2×2 cm square wounds of fullthickness skin deficit were created on its dorsal skin of both sides In the Test Group, the wounds on the left side were irradiated by semiconductor laser 48 hours after wounding once a day for 5 minutes and for 10 days in a total continuously The wavelenth of the laser is 890 nm and the output power of the laser device is 2 mW in Test Group 1 and 4 mW in Test Group 2 with the peak power 5 W and 10 W respectively, the laser rays is given out interruptedly The wound on the right side was not treated In the Control Group, the left side was left as the control The healing situation of all wounds was observed constinuously and the area of the wounds in both groups was measured accurately during the healing process The samples of the tissues were taken and examined by light microscope The results were as follows: (1) With the dose and the way adopted in this study, wound healing was promoted by the laser irradiation, there were no significant differences There was a significant difference between laser irradiation and the Control after 7 days irradiation in Test Group 2 ( P <0 05) It was proved in histopathology structures that the laser irradiation was superior to the others This suggested that the biological effects of laser need proper dose
