摘 要: | 对以银杏叶、黄芪、党参等组成的复方制剂进行了体外抗氧化和抑制鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)的增殖试验。结果表明,银杏叶复方制剂可降低H2O2诱导的肝组织中MDA含量,提高SOD和GSH-Px含量,可起到清除自由基、维持膜功能稳定的作用。同时,还具有抑制NDV的作用,尤以低浓度处理(0.125g/mL)的抑制NDV效果最好。

Effect of Compound Ginkgo Leaf Preparation on Antioxidant Activity and Inhibiting NDV Replication in Vitro |

Abstract: | In this test, the effect of compound preparation on antioxidant activity and inhibiting NDV replication in vitro was studied. The compound preparation was composed of ginkgo leaf, Radix astragalus and Radix codonopsis Pilosulae. The results revealed that the compound preparation of ginkgo leaf had an effect of eliminating free radicals and maintaining the valve function stability; it could decrease the content of MDA in the liver tissue induced by H_2O_2 and increase the contents of SOD and CSH-Px. Meanwhile the compound preparation of ginkgo leaf had an effect of inhibition NDV replication, and the group of low concentration (0.125g/mL) had the best effect to NDV. |
