平阳霉素(Pingyangmycin)对大豆诱变效应的研究

摘    要:本试验以平阳霉素为诱变剂处理大豆种子,研究其诱变效应及适宜浓度。平阳霉素是一种有效的诱变剂,诱变效应与EMS相近,而且素性小,作用的有效期长。平阳霉素能引起以染色体断片为主的较高频率的染色体畸变,对M1植株的生育及形态均有强烈的抑制作用,M2能够产生各种质量和数量性状变异,特别是产生高蛋白质含量的变异,这在
