干法灰化法测定食品中的铝含量

摘    要:对铬天青S分光光度法测定食品中铝含量时样品的前处理方法进行了探讨,并优化了测定条件。采用干法灰化处理样品作为测定食品中铝含量的前处理方法,通过优化试验条件,选择合适的波长、pH值、反应时间等试验条件。干法灰化样品测定的结果RSD值为6.42%~25.35%,回收率为96.7%~100.8%,该方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.5μg/mL。采用该方法测定了5类常见面制品中铝含量值.范围在1.40~21.01mg/kg。表明食品样品用干法灰化法处理后,用铬天青S分光光度法测定食品中铝含量,结果稳定可靠,操作简便可行。

Determination of Aluminum Content of Food by Dry Ashing Pretreatment

Abstract:The sample pretreatment methods of determination of Aluminum content in food by Chrome Azurol S spectophotomety methods was studied ,and the experimental conditions were optimized.The samples were pretreated by dry ashing method.The detection wavelength ,pH value ,the reaction time were determined by optimization experiment.The RSD of dry ashing was 6.42%~25.35% ,the recovery was 96.7%~100.8% ,the detection limit of the method (3S/N) was 0.5 μg/mL.The Aluminum content in 5 kinds of common food were analyzed .with the improved method, The range of the Aluminum content was 1.40~21.01 mg/kg.The results showed that the dry ashing method is convenient,accurate and reliable in determination of Aluminum with Chrome Azurol S.
