锌对滇重楼生长、养分含量和总皂甙含量的影响

摘    要:在遮荫70%塑料大棚条件下,采用盆栽试验,设0、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg/kg 4个施锌水平,研究不同水平锌对滇重楼生长、养分含量和根茎总皂甙含量的影响。结果表明,与不施锌相比,施锌显著提高了滇重楼株高、总生物量,但对根茎增加不显著。随施锌水平增加,各部位氮含量呈先增加后降低的趋势;施锌对地上茎中磷含量有协同效应,而对叶、新根茎和老根茎中磷含量有拮抗效应;施锌对叶和新根茎中钾含量有协同效应,而对茎中钾含量有拮抗效应;施锌显著提高了叶、地上茎、新根茎中锌的含量,而老根茎锌含量无明显的规律。随施锌水平增加,新、老根茎总皂甙含量呈下降趋势,其机理有待进一步研究。

Abstract:A pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of application of Zn on growth, biomass,nutrient content in different parts and total saponin content in rhizome of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanenis under shade net with 70 % shading rate.There were four levels of Zn application,namely 0,0.5,1.0,2.0 mg/kg.The results showed that plant height,increased percentage of biomass are increased significantly,but increased percentage of rhizome was not significant with the application of Zn.There were a tendency of first increase and then decrease of N content in different parts with the increasing levels of Zn.There was synergism effect in stem, but there were antagonism effect in leaf,new and old rhizome between Zn application and P content.There were synergism effect in leaf and new rhizome,but there was antagonism effect in stem between Zn application and K content.Zn content in leaf,stem,and new rhizome were increased remarkably with increasing Zn levels,but was not obvious rule in old rhizome.There were decreasing tendency of saponin content in rhizome with the increasing levels of Zn,the mechanisms of which remained to be studied further.
