摘    要:为了选出生长性能优秀的罗非鱼品系,以3个品系(广东、美国、埃及)奥利亚罗非鱼为试验对象,对其网箱生长性能进行评估。结果显示:雄鱼之间、雌鱼之间的绝对增重率(AGR)和特定增重率(SGR)差异极显著(P<0.01);末重变异系数以广东奥利亚罗非鱼最大,广东雄鱼和埃及雄鱼差异显著(P<0.05),美国雌鱼和广东、埃及雌鱼差异显著(P<0.05);雄鱼之间、雌鱼之间的成活率差异不显著;形态上埃及奥利亚雄鱼头小、背高、体厚,埃及奥利亚雌鱼体型狭长。埃及奥利亚罗非鱼雄鱼在绝对增重率、特定增重率、形态性状等方面表现较好,生长性能优越,可以在生产上推广应用。

Abstract:To select an Oreochromis aureus strain with excellent growth performance,three strains from Guangdong,the USA and Egypt were tested to evaluate the growth performance in cage.AGR and SGR among the O.aureus ♂ and O.aureus ♀ had the extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Guangdong O.aureus had the biggest last weight c.v.%.There were significant differences in last weight c.v.% between Guangdong O.aureus ♂and Egyptian O.aureus ♂(P<0.05),plus there were significant differences between any the other two and American O.aureus ♀(P<0.05).No significant difference in survival rate was observed between O.aureus ♂ and O.aureus ♀.Regarding morphography,Egyptian O.aureus ♂ had a small head,tall back and thick body,while Egyptian O.aureus ♀ had a narrow and long body.In a word,Egyptian O.aureus ♂performed very well in every aspect viz.,AGR,SGR and morphological traits,thus it was worthy of popularizing.
