鄂西北产野生植物猫眼草提取物热稳定性初步研究

摘    要:以无水乙醇为溶剂,采用浸泡法对鄂西北产猫眼草全草有效成分进行提取,制成浸膏。分别考察有机溶剂(甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿)、表面活性剂(TW80、TW20、OP乳化剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、热稳定剂(醋酸钙、乳酸钠、次亚磷酸钠、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵)对猫眼草素热稳定性的影响,用紫外可见分光光度计测定猫眼草素在不同溶液中的吸光度,进行比较,计算降解率。结果表明,①甲醇对猫眼草提取物热稳定性的影响较小。②TW80和TW20可以提高猫眼草提取物的热稳定性;十二烷基苯磺酸钠和op乳化降低了猫眼草提取物的热稳定性。③次亚磷酸钠、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵可在较长处理时间内、较高处理温度下提高猫眼草提取物的热稳定性;乳酸钠只能在较高温度下、较短时间内提高猫眼草提取物的热稳定性;醋酸钙降低了猫眼草提取物的热稳定性。

Abstract:Ethanol was used as the solvent,and the whole plant of Euphorbia lunulata Bge distributing in Northwestern Hubei was soaked and the active ingredient was extracted.The effects of organic solvents(including methanol, ethanol,acetone,ethyl acetate,chloroform),surfactant(including TW80,TW20,OP emulsifier,SDBS) and heat stabilizer(including calcium acetate,sodium lactate,sodium hypophosphite,hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) to the thermostability of Euphorbia lunulata Bge were measured by using ultraviolet-uisible spectrophotometer.The results showed as followed:(i) The methanol had the smallest influence on the thermal stability of E.lunulata crude extracts in the tested organic solvents.(ii) The TW80 and TW20 could improve the thermal stability and the SDBS and OP emulsifie had the opporsite performance.(iii) When in a high treatment temperature,if the treatment time was longer,both the sodium hypophosphite and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium Chloride could improve the thermal stability;if the treatment time was shorter,the sodium lactate could improve the thermal stability.The calcium acetate reduced the thermal stability.
