田间和温室环境中玉米幼苗叶片显微结构变化规律研究

摘    要:以玉米为材料,通过观察田间和温室生长的玉米幼苗叶片不同部位的显微结构,探讨不同环境和不同发育阶段玉米叶片花环结构变化规律。结果表明:玉米幼苗不同叶位叶片的不同部位都拥有花环结构。但花环结构,从第2叶位到第3叶位、从叶基到叶尖逐渐完善。而温室玉米幼苗叶片各部位花环结构的发育程度均高于田间玉米幼苗的各相应部位。

Abstract:In order to study the change of ’Kranz structure’ of maize seedling leaves during different development and under different environment,the microstructure of different parts leaves of maize seedling grown in the field and greenhouse were investigated.The results showed that different part leaves of maize seedling had’Kranz structure’.’Kranz structure’ gradually improved from the second to the third leaf and from the base to apex of leaf.And the growing degree of ’Kranz structure’ of each part leaves of maize seedling grown in the greenhouse was higher than that grown in the field.
