挤压泵工作原理及其在施液肥机上的应用

液态复合肥配制方便、成本较低。排肥泵是施液肥机中的关键部件，其中挤压泵具有成本较低，不易锈蚀等优点。对挤压泵的工作原理和设计参数进行了分析和计算，并将挤压泵配置到施肥机和旋耕施肥机上进行了田间作业试验。结果表明，挤压泵具有很好的计量排送功能，适用于施液肥。挤压泵虽然效率较低，但功耗很小。通过试验确定了挤压泵设计参数的选择原则。

Tubing Pump and Its Application to Fertilization of Liquid Fertilizers

Metering pumps are usually used in fertilizations of liquid fertilizers for fertilizers metering and discharging. One of them is a tubing pump, which is simple in construction and easy to be attached on combined implements, such as cultivator-fertilizing-seeders. The working principle of this kind of pump and its dynamics were researched. Two kinds of tubing pumps, self-developed, were tested and the applicators with the pumps was designed, made and tested in field. The results of these tests show that the delivery rate of these pumps is proportional to the forward travel speed and varies with the discharge pressure when the pressure is high. The selection of the tube, the clearance between the rollers, and the pump housing are very important in a pump designing and manufacturing. The uniformity of the applied volume per meter varied with the depth of openers, deeper openers caused lower uniformity.
