无空气干燥的试验研究

摘    要:无空气干燥工艺参数对干燥速度和能耗影响规律的试验研究结果表明:随着风温和循环风速的提高干燥速度增加,温度对干燥速度的提高影响更为显著;随着风温和循环风速的提高能降低,在较高的温度下风湿对能耗的影响不显著;干燥室内的装料量增加,干燥速度加 能耗下降。

Abstract:Average drying rate and energy consumption of airless drying with different steam temperatures, wind velocities of cycle and amounts of material loaded in the dryer was carried out in a small scale self designed test rig. The results show that with increasing of the superheated steam temperature and cycle wind speed, the drying rate is getting higher, which has quite a significant influence, and the energy consumption is lower. In high temperature, the effect of superheated steam temperature on energy consumption isn't remarkable. With high amount of material loaded in dryer, the average drying rate is increased but energy consumption is reduced. The use of airless drying is adapted to wetted material.
