| 摘 要： | 根据氨基酸分子中的极性性质，构建了DNA序列所对应的5维向量空间，然后对文献中给出的A，B两类序列适当处理，提取特征，建立Fisher判别函数，应用上述判别函数对文献中给出的182个DNA序列进行了分类，得到了较满意的结果。

| Abstract: | According to the polar properties of amino acid, this paper probes into a 5 dimissional vector space corresponding with DNA sequences. Then by studying the given DNA sequences seriously the authors abstract their characteristics. Finally they get a comparatively satisfying result with the application of Fisher criterion to the categoriazation of the given 182 DNA sequences in the first article in the bibeicgraphy. |
