| 摘 要： | 科技学术期刊是一个组织运作的最终产物,对于如何控制和提高科技学术期刊质量需运用现代范式来加以研究.从系统科学的角度出发.研究科技学术期刊生产的系统输入、转化和系统输出三个子系统的控制标准及提高各子系统控制质量的方法.以基于过程的思路来研究如何有效控制和提高科技学术期刊的质量是可行并且有效的.
