| 摘 要： | 以“三标一体教育质量管理模型”为指导，坚持以“学生为关注焦点”、“质量即生命”的教学质量理念，从整合和优化教学内容、改革教学方法和教学手段、加强实验室建设和实验教学改革等方面对遗传学教学改革进行了全方位的探索实践，在取得显著的改革效果的同时也促进了学生创新能力的培养。

| Abstract: | Took Three standards embraced in one system quality management system as guidance and insisted on teaching quality ideal of Student is focus and Quality is life.The integration and optimization in teaching content,the reform in teaching ways and teaching methods,and strengthening the laboratory construction and lab teaching reform were explored and practiced omni-directionally,and the students' creative ability was cultivated by the same time of achieving significant reform effects. |
