胭脂萝卜种子纯度的RAPD检测研究

摘    要:用80个随机引物对胭脂萝卜及杂株(花心萝卜和白心萝卜)的总DNA进行了RAPD分析,发现引物S50可在胭脂萝卜和杂株(花心萝卜和白心萝卜)的RAPD图谱中形成多态性差异,可用于胭脂萝卜种子的纯度检测。对1份胭脂萝卜种子进行RAPD检测,其结果与田间形态鉴定结果一致。

Abstract:RAPD analysis was made of the total DNA of radish variety Yanzhi and the hetcrozygous plants, i.e. plants with mosaic or white root flesh, with 80 random primers, of which the specific primer S 50 could be used in PAPD test for the assessment of the purity of seed of Yanzhi radish. RAPD test of one seed sample gave results consistent with those obtained in the field test.
