摘    要:Cre/loxP位点特异性重组系统自发现以来,在植物基因重组领域得到了广泛应用,已成为提高转基因植物安全性的有效方法。本文介绍了该系统的基本概况及其在转基因植物表达载体构建方面的应用,尤其是在基因删除、定点整合、多基因表达以及杂种优势利用等方面的应用做了重点阐述。

Abstract:The Cre/loxP site-specific recombination system has been widely applied to gene recombination in plants,and it has become a powerful tool to enhance the safety of transgenic plants.The present review describes an overview of the basic profile of CrelloxP system and its applications in the construction of plant expression vector,especially in gene deletion,site-specific gene integration,multi-gene expression andheterosis application.
