适应性供应链合作伙伴的选择研究

指出了选择最适合的合作伙伴是供应链管理的重要组成部分，必须建立一套合适的评价体系进行筛选，而传统的供应链模式必须向适应性供应链模式转变，这是供应链管理由集成向协作，然后向适应方向发展的必然趋势。从适应的角度分析了供应链的内涵和特征，建立了适应性供应链的指标体系，并且运用层次分析法对综合评价模型进行了算例分析，验证了评价指标体系的可行性，对企业如何客观选择合作伙伴，有重要的借鉴意义。

Study on Adaptive Supply Chain Partner Selection

Selecting the most appropriate partners is an important part of supply chain management. There are many factors influencing partner selection, therefore,it is necessary to establish an appropriate evalua tion system for screening,meanwhile,the traditional supply chain model must change into the adaptive sup ply chain model, which is the inexorable trend of supply chain management from integrated to collaborated, and then to adaptive. This paper analyses the connotation and characteristics of the supply chain from the adaptive perspective,builds the index system of adaptive supply chain,and applies AHP to conducting numerical example for a comprehensive evaluation model,which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation index system. Therefore,it provides important references for enterprise to objectively select partners.
