摘    要:以油菜根系为实验材料,在低温和低温条件下水杨酸处理下,对油菜根系的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸(Pro)变化进行测定。结果表明,水杨酸可使低温条件下SOD活性升高,MDA含量下降,脯氨酸含量升高,从而提高油菜根系的抗冷性。

Effect of Salicylic Acid on Root Physiological Activity of Brassica napus under Freezing Stress

Abstract:The root of rapeseedto rape were treated with different conditionngs.The SOD activtiy,MDA content and Pro content of rape root were diterminted in order to discover the effect of exogenous SA.The result show that exogenous SA at freezing stress can increase the cold resistance of rape roots.When treated with exogenous SA,the SOD activity of rape roots increased,MDA content decreased and proline content increased,thereby root cold resistance enhanced under freezing stress.
