| 摘 要： | 用吉林石油化工研究所研制的JTF——500型焦炭分子筛气调机,在通风贮藏库中进行苹果的气调贮藏可以取得明显的减少腐烂,自然损耗及延长苹果的供应期的效果。用这种方法进行气调贮藏苹果,为了取得较理想的贮藏效果,应控制含氧量在2—7％,二氧化碳量在5—7％,库温在0℃左右,相对温度在90—95％为宜。

A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON THE ATMOSPHERE CONTROLLED STORAGE OF APPLES BY MEANS OF JTF-500 TYPE ATMOSPHERE CONTROLLED MACHINE |

| Abstract: | Atmosphere controlled storage of apples in the ventilating storage houseby means of JTF—500 type atmosphere controlled machine manufactured byJilin Petroleum Chemical Industrial Institute is quite a good method. It reducedthe rotting and damaging rate of apples and prolonged the apple supplyperiod. In this method, the O_2 content should be cont rolled at 2—7％, C2 at 5—7％,storage temperature at about 0℃ with a relative humidity of 90—95％. |
