小高陵流域生态综合治理成果回顾

湟源县和平乡小高陵流域在综合治理过程中,坚持合理规划,抓好重点,以点带面,集中力量,科学布局,全面推进的治理原则,通过二十几年的综合治理,提高了森林覆盖率,改善了农业生产条件,建立起了一个功能稳定、结构合理、可持续发展的生态环境。

Achievement Review on Integrated Ecological Management in Xiaogaoling Catchments

During the process of integrated management in Xiaogaoling Catchment in Heping Township, Huangyuan county, the project takes the following management principles of rational planning, standing out the key points, concentrating all resources and scientific layout. After the two decades integrated management, the forestry coverage rate has been increased; the agriculture production improved, and explores some effective measures to integrated-ecological management in the dry and semi-dry hill areas in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
