摘    要:近年来黑木耳生产规模越来越大,新建了很多黑木耳菌包厂,通过对菌包厂发生污染的常见原因加以剖析,并提出防控措施,促进菌包品质提升和菌包厂的规范化经营。

Abstract:In recent years, a lot of fungus pack plants of Auricularia auricula were built with the increasing scale of production. The common reasons that caused fungus pack pollution in plants were analyzed in this paper, and some measures of prevention and control were put forward so as to improve fungus pack quality and promote standardized management of fungus pack plants.
