| Abstract: | In recent years, a lot of fungus pack plants of Auricularia auricula were built with the increasing scale of production. The common reasons that caused fungus pack pollution in plants were analyzed in this paper, and some measures of prevention and control were put forward so as to improve fungus pack quality and promote standardized management of fungus pack plants. |
