| Abstract: | The condition of the relationship between cadres and common people in countries has great influence on the economic development and social stability. Deepening reform ,accelerating development and promoting the cadres’ qualities and governing abilities,strengthening the construction of democracy and laws and regulation and fulfilling the work of publicity are the necessary steps to better the relationship between cabres and common people in the countries. |
