摘    要: 以‘红富士’苹果为试材, 研究了不同果袋对苹果果实钙素吸收的影响。结果表明: 苹果果实的总钙量随发育进程逐渐增加, 发育前期和发育后期是苹果果实吸收钙素的主要时期。同位素示踪试验表明, 套袋及果袋种类影响果实对钙素的吸收, 其中未套袋的果实对钙素的吸收能力最大, 套塑膜袋果实次之, 套纸袋果实对钙素的吸收能力最小。在处理初期苹果果实对钙素的吸收能力较高, 随着处理时间的延长, 对钙素的吸收能力明显下降。苹果果实吸收的钙素最早进入梗端部位, 而后再运转到萼端部位。此外, 已进入苹果果实的钙素存在“倒流”现象, 可再分配到树体的其它部位, 由此表明钙在果实内不能再分配是相对的。

Abstract:The effects of different bag treatments on the absorp tion of calcium in ‘Red Fuji’ apple fruitswere studied with 45Ca isotopic trace technique. The results showed that the total contents of calcium in applefruit increased during the whole development and the main uptake occurred in the earlier and later growth stages. Moreover, itwas found that the kinds of bags had significant influences on the amount of calcium up takewith the control fruit showing the highest abilities of calcium absorp tion, and the fruit covered with paper baghad the lowest amount of calcium. On the other hand, the rate of calcium absorp tion was higher at the beginning of treatment, but declined graduallywith the extension of experiment time. The results also indicated thatthe calcium absorbed in app le fruit entered the stem end first and then to the calyx end. It is concluded thatthe calcium absorbed in app le fruitwas removable and might be moved to the shoot, leaves or other parts, suggesting that calcium absorbed in apple fruit canpt be re-distributed was discussible.
