摘    要:通过试验研究不同的物理方法对结缕草种子的催芽效果,对发芽及出苗情况的观察分析,发现各种处理方法均能比对照显著提高并促进种子发芽,其中以干热处理(75℃)后20,30min擦破种皮和电热毯催芽(28~30℃)2d效果最佳。

Abstract:Effects of different treatments on germination improvement of Zoysia japonica seeds were studied. The results showed that all treatments could effectively break the dormancy of Zoysia japonica seeds and enhance the speed of turf establishment.The treatment that the seed coat was broken after roasting at 75 ℃ for 20 min, 30 min and was treated by electric blanket(28~30 ℃) was the best.
