| 摘 要： | 以南京为例,构建评价指标体系,测算土地城市化与人口城市化的协调水平。1996～2008年南京市的城市化发展水平快速上升,可划分为失调阶段（1997年以前）、欠协调阶段（1998～2002年）、基本协调阶段（2003～2008年）3个阶段;2003年之后城市化的协调发展水平较高,土地城市化水平高于人口城市化水平,城市空间扩张加剧,土地的节约集约利用水平有待进一步提高。
