| 摘 要： | [目的]建立叶酸片有关物质测定方法,并进行方法学考察。[方法]采用C18柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6.3）：甲醇90：10为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长280nm。[结果]线性范围为0.4～3.6μg/ml（r=0.9999）,重复性试验RSD为2.62%。[结论]该方法准确、可行,重现性好。

| Abstract: | [Objective] The research aimed to develop a HPLC method for the determination of related substances for folic acid tablets.[Method] The instrument was HPLC with a C18 column.The mobile phase was phosphate buffer(pH=6.3) and methanol of 90:10 at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the peaks were detected at 280 nm.[Result] The linear range was 0.4-3.6 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The repeatability RSD was 2.62%.[Conclusion]The method was accurate and reproducible.It could be adopted for quality control of folic acid tabcet. |
