摘    要:目的]筛选可提高西瓜幼苗抗寒性的外源激素的种类及其有效浓度。方法]以西瓜幼苗为材料,用不同外源物质处理幼苗,测定其主要的生长指标、冷害指标和保护性酶的活性,评价各处理的抗寒性。结果]ABA、BA和青霉素能提高西瓜幼苗的抗寒性,以25mg/L ABA处理体效果最佳,50 mg/L ABA次之;1 000 mg/L青霉素和25 mg/L BA也有一定的效果;而乙烯利降低西瓜幼苗的抗寒性。结论]用ABA处理可以促进西瓜幼苗的生长,同时能提高西瓜幼苗保护性酶的活性,可作为提高西瓜幼苗抗寒性的有效手段。
