汶川地震灾区农户土地流转行为对政策支持响应的实证分析

为了研究农户土地流转对不同政策支持的响应,本文对政策支持设计采取逐步推进的方法。研究发现,支柱产业、剩余劳动力免费就业培训、社会保障的政策支持均对土地流转有促进作用;随着政策支持力度的加大,土地的保障功能下降;随着政策支持的不断完善,可以促进农村剩余劳动力的转移;随着政策的推进,农户用于教育培训的支出不断增加。

Empirical Analysis of the Response of Farmland Transfer to Policy Support in Wenchuan Earthquake Disaster Area
