中西部地区农业保险与农村金融发展互动关系实证研究

选取中西部各省区2001-2008年的面板数据,通过协方差分析检验和Hausman检验、面板单位根检验和协整检验等方法对地区农业保险与农村金融发展的相互关系进行实证研究。结果表明中西部农业保险与农村金融发展存在长期均衡和双向因果关系。西部农业保险是农村金融发展的原因,中部这一关系则不成立。中部农业保险与农村金融发展效率之间具有相互推动作用,西部则为抑制作用,但西部农村金融效率却推动了农业保险的发展。进而提出通过加强对中西部地区政策性金融的支持力度,提高农村金融机构在服务＂三农＂方面的投入,扩大政策性农业保险的品种和覆盖范围等建议,发挥两者的相互促进作用。
