| 摘 要： | 为了让农民合理利用现有土地,实现南疆区域农业水资源的高效合理利用,给出了区域农业水资源的优化配置模型,并结合南疆阿克苏地区农业生产实际,建立了南疆阿克苏地区农业水资源优化配置的实证模型。对该模型求解,采用计算机搜索算法,并结合lingo编程,在保证粮食绝对安全和相对安全（以75%为临界值）的前提下,求得优化配置后产生的经济效益相对于配置前分别增加了16.62亿和18.13亿,相对增量约为31.04%和33.86%,同时分别节水约为30.05%和29.37%,优化配置产生的效益极显著。最后给出了水资源合理利用的对策建议。 |
