摘    要:目的]建立盘龙七中岩白菜素含量的测定方法。方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil-C18为色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(V/V,10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为275 nm,柱温为35℃,测定盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量。结果]岩白菜素在0.248~1.240μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.997 9),平均回收率为100.95%,RSD为2.47%(n=6)。结论]该方法处理简单,重复性好,结果准确,可用于盘龙七中岩白菜素的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish a method to determine the content of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae by HPLC.Method] The research was carried out on Kromasil–C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).And the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid(10∶90) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 275 nm.Thus,the content of bergenin in Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae was detected.Result] Bergenin showed good linear relationship between the range of 0.248 and 1.240 μg/ml(r=0.997 9);and the average recovery was 100.95% with RSD =2.47%(n=6).Conclusion] This method was simple,reproducible and could be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae.
