摘    要:目的]探讨蜈蚣草对汞的耐性及耐汞机理,为进一步研究汞砷复合污染的治理奠定理论依据。方法]对汞胁迫条件下,蜈蚣草生长过程中生物量、叶绿素、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸含量及POD活性等进行了研究。结果]汞浓度增加抑制蜈蚣草生长,降低叶绿素含量,大幅度提高丙二醛(MDA)和游离脯氨酸含量,但POD和SOD活性均呈先上升后下降的趋势。结论]蜈蚣草对汞有一定的耐性,但随汞浓度的增加,蜈蚣草生长受到一定程度的影响,直至产生毒害。
