蒲公英黄酮提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的]优化蒲公英黄酮提取工艺。方法]以蒲公英为原料,采取正交法结合人工神经网络的方法,以测定的总黄酮含量为指标,研究提取时间、提取温度、乙醇浓度以及液料比对工艺的影响,并对工艺条件进行优化。结果]影响提取工艺的因素主次顺序依次为液料比〉乙醇浓度〉提取时间〉提取温度;人工神经网络仿真优化所得条件为在75℃下用浓度65%的乙醇溶液按料液比1∶30提取3 h。结论]该试验筛选的最佳提取工艺条件,可用于蒲公英黄酮的提取工艺。
