摘    要:目的]利用超声辅助有机溶剂法研究山毛豆种子油提取工艺,以提高山毛豆种子油得率。方法]通过单因素试验和响应面分析法优化了超声辅助法提取山毛豆种子油的工艺方法,探讨了不同提取剂、液料比、超声处理温度、超声处理时间对提油率的影响。结果]超声辅助提取山毛豆种子油的最佳条件为:以石油醚作为提取剂,液料比13 ml/g,超声处理温度60℃,超声处理时间15.5 min,该条件下提油率为8.64%。结论]超声辅助提取法与常规法相比,具有提取时间短、得率高等优点,是一种具有应用前景的方法。
