| 摘 要： | 目的]分析影响马尾松嫁接成活的主要外部因素。方法]采用嫩枝髓心形成层对接法。结果]天气状况和砧木大小对马尾松嫁接成活率有重要影响。当天气为阴有小雨时,嫁接成活率为64.50%～65.06%;当天气晴朗时,嫁接成活率为80.07%～82.01%。当砧木直径为1.5cm以下时,嫁接成活率较低,分别为63.70%和62.50%;当砧木直径为1.5cm以上时,年度平均嫁接成活率较高,分别为89.09%和94.79%。结论]嫁接应选择晴好天气,砧木径粗应为1.5cm以上。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the major external factors influencing the survival rate of grafted plants of Pinus massoniana.Method] The tender branch pith cambium grafting was adopted.Result] The survive rate of grafting plant of Pinus massoniana was significantly influenced by weather conditions and rootstock diameter.The survival rate was 64.50%-65.06% when cloudy or raining and 80.07%-85.01 % when sunny.When the rootstock diameter was below 1.5 cm,the annual average survival rate of the grafted plants decrease... |
