| 摘 要： | 利用重庆市1998～2008年的经济状况数据和污染物排放数据,建立经济增长和环境污染的计量模型,进行环境库兹涅茨曲线实证研究。结果表明,重庆市经济增长和污染物排放的关系不完全符合库兹涅茨曲线关系。在工业化、城镇化加速发展过程中,通过实施积极的环境保护政策、加大污染治理力度和清洁生产技术的推广运用等外在调控机制,可以实现环境和经济的协调发展。
