核桃外植体的组织培养

摘    要:[目的]研究核桃组织培养与快速繁殖的方法。[方法]以"金薄香"1号带腋芽的茎段为外植体进行试管繁殖。[结果]腋芽萌生最佳培养基:DKW+BA1.5mg/L;分化及继代最佳培养基:DKW+BA0.4mg/L+IBA0.01mg/L;生根最佳培养基:1/2DKW+IBA1.0mg/L,不过生根率只有23.3%,效果不太理想;二步生根法效果不错,生根率可达到36.7%。[结论]该研究筛选获得适宜"金薄香"1号核桃快繁的最佳培养条件,为建立核桃快繁体系、扩大核桃苗繁育规模奠定基础。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the method of tissue culture and rapid propagation of walnut.[Method] The explants were collected from stem with axillary buds,the tube propagation of Jinboxiang1 was studied.[Result] The optimum culture medium for germination of the axillary buds:DKW+BA 1.5 mg/L;for differentiation and subculture:DKW+BA 0.4 mg/L+IBA 0.01 mg/L;for rooting:1/2 DKW+IBA 1.0 mg/L,however,rooting efficiency was only 23.3%,this result was not satisfied.The method of taking root with two steps was ...
