番石榴黑斑病病原菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:目的]从送检番石榴样品上发现一种黑斑病,对病原真菌进行分离鉴定,以明确其分类地位及重要性。方法]通过致病性测定、形态学观察和ITS序列分析对病菌进行了鉴定。结果]形态学观察和ITS序列分析表明,病原菌为芒果球座菌(Guignardia mangiferae)。结论]引起番石榴黑斑病的病原菌为芒果球座菌(G.mangiferae)。此前还未有G.mangiferae引起番石榴病害的报道。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to isolate and identify the pathogen causing black spot disease in guava(Psidium guajava),so as to determine its taxonomic status.Method] The bacteria were identified by pathogenicity determination,morphology observation and ITS sequence analysis.Result] The pathogen causing black spot disease in guava was a strain of Guignardia mangiferae.Conclusion] This study will provide theoretical basis for curing black spot disease of guava.
