| 摘 要： | 论述了＂以农民为本＂的农业推广理念中,以什么样的农民为本的内涵：以农民为本,就是以与科技成果相对应的农民为本,在农民与科技成果间将农民放在首位;以具体的农民为本,强化推广活动的针对性;以发挥主体作用的农民为本,努力改进推广行为。

| Abstract: | What kinds of farmers should be taken as foremost in the concept of agricultural extension are expounded:the farmer-oriented is taken farmers correspond with the scientific achievements as the foremost,and give top priority to the farmers between farmers and scientific achievements.By taking the specific farmers as the foremost,the direction of extension can be strengthened.Besides,by taking the farmers who can play the main role as the foremost to improve the extension. |
