大庆湿地土壤微生物调查

摘    要:目的]为了监测大庆让胡路地区湿地环境的好坏、盐碱化进程。方法]以大庆让胡路地区湿地土壤为试验材料,通过对土壤中各类微生物的分离、纯化、鉴定,分析其对湿地土壤的影响。结果]从4种培养基中分离出细菌类、放线菌类、酵母菌类、霉菌类等8种优势菌。结论]大庆让胡路地区湿地土壤中微生物种类资源丰富。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to evaluate wetland environment and salinization.Method] The microorganisms in wetland soil of Ranghulu area in Daqing were separated and purified.And the influences of the microorganisms were analyzed.Result] 8 kinds of relatively dominant fungi were separated from four kinds of culture medium,dividedly belonging to the bacterium,the ray fungi,the fungus,the mold class after morphological,physiological and biochemical identifications.Conclusion] There were wealthy microbia...
