| 摘 要： | [目的]获取能应用于快速检测致病微生物的蛋白质芯片点印用单克隆抗体。[方法]用金黄色葡萄球菌B型肠毒素（SEB）作为抗原免疫BALB/C小鼠,然后取其脾细胞与骨髓瘤细胞Sp2/O融合,再进行选育、检测、鉴定等。[结果]成功获得了分泌SEB单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞。[结论]抗体特异性经酶联免疫吸附测定法检验,单克隆抗体细胞特异性强,能够用作蛋白质芯片点印的材料。
