白木香叶挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:[目的]研究白木香叶挥发油的提取及其化学成分的含量。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取分离白木香叶中的挥发油,通过GC-MS联用仪对白木香叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,采用峰面积归一化法计算其相对含量。[结果]结果共鉴定出48个化学成分,主要成分为9-二十六烯(4.17%)、N′-羟基-4-(三氟甲基)吡啶-3-甲酰胺(3.95%)、二十八烷(3.76%)、二十四烷(3.50%)、二十二烷(3.32%)、1-碘十六烷(2.82%)、4,6-二甲基十二烷(2.76%)和1-溴二十二烷(2.58%)。[结论]该研究为白木香叶的开发利用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the extraction and determination of the volatile oil in Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)
