摘    要:[目的]探索成熟突变体番茄果实的贮藏特性及其遗传规律,为育种上对番茄突变体材料贮藏优势的利用提供理论依据。[方法]研究亲本材料与其正反交材料的耐贮藏指数、果实硬度以及PG酶活性。[结果]亲代和子一代的贮藏特征有一定的联系,子一代的贮藏指数介于亲代之间,且母本亲本的遗传传递能力较强。[结论]可以通过杂交育种来改善番茄的贮藏性。
