| 摘 要： | 选用附红细胞体患病羊和健康羊,于用药前1天,用药后第1天、第4天、第7天分别自颈静脉采血,分离血清,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,硫代巴比妥酸法测定丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨羊患附红细胞体病后血清SOD、MDA的变化及中药对其调节作用.结果表明,羊患附红细胞体病后,血清SOD活性降低,MDA含量显著升高;而"头翁四君子汤"能显著提高SOD的活性,明显降低MDA含量,从而保护机体免受自由基损伤.

| Abstract: | Sheep infected with eperythrozoonosis and free of eperythrozoonosis were chosen.Blood samples were collected from jugular vein on the previous day of treatment and the 1^st d,the 4^th d and the 7^th d after treatment to examine the activity of SOD with purine oxidase measurement and the concentration of MDA with thiobarbituric acid reaction after separating the serum from the blood samples,thus we could study the changes of SOD and MDA when the sheep catched eperythrozoonosis and the modulation of Chinese herbs on this disease.The results showed that the activity of SOD reduced and the concentration of MDA significantly rose in the serum after the sheep catched eperythrozoonosis,but Touweng Sijunzi decoction could significantly increase SOD activity and Reduce the level of MDA,therefore protect against the attack of free radicals . |
