竹子食品的近期发展

摘    要:以竹材、竹笋和其它竹产品为原料可以生产多种多样的天然食品。竹笋和竹笋制品、竹子食用菌、竹木糖醇和竹汁饮料是目前我国着重开发的食品。文章概述了上述食品的特性、生产现状和研究开发前景。

Abstract:Miscollanous natural food made from bamboo has been producing using bamboo timber, bamboo shoots, and other leftover bamboo as material, Currently attention to the exploitation of bamboo xylitol and bamboo-juice beverage as a food is increasingly payed in the indusstry of food in China. The characteristics and production status of the above food are reviewed, and the prospects for those research and exploitation is put briefly forward in the paper,
