食用笋周年供应的竹种搭配技术

摘    要:根据不同种源不同竹种所呈现的不同产笋期,结合景宁县气候、土壤等状况,进行综合分析,选用雷竹、黄甜竹、云和哺鸡竹、高节竹、角竹、四方竹、吊丝单竹、毛竹,按这些竹种各自的生物学特性搭配一定面积组成一年四季均有鲜笋供应的食用笋基地,是解决城镇“菜篮子”工程的重要措施之一。

Abstract:Comprehensive analysis on climate and soil of Jingning county showed that Phyllostachys praecox, Acidsasa edulis, Phyllostachys yunhoensis, Ph. prominenes, Ph. fimbrillgula, Chimonobambusa quadra gularis, Bambusa vatrio-striatus, Phyllostachys pubescens were joined according to different provenence, different species and different shooting period as an edible shoot base for supply throughout the year.
