蛹虫草产胞外多糖发酵培养研究

摘    要:[目的]对蛹虫草产胞外多糖发酵培养进行研究。[方法]通过响应面方法分析蔗糖、蛋白胨和KH2PO43个主要因素对蛹虫草产胞外多糖得率的影响,以获得比较适宜的培养基组成。另外,对发酵培养的条件进行了研究。[结果]蛹虫草胞外多糖优化发酵培养基组成为:蔗糖2.00%,蛋白胨1.50%,KH2PO40.05%,酵母粉0.20%,硫酸镁0.01% 发酵培养的适宜条件为:pH值6.8,温度28℃。在上述条件下蛹虫草胞外多糖得率为19.4 g/L。[结论]得到蛹虫草产胞外多糖的优化工艺条件,为上罐提供理论依据。
